Full bore multi-purpose ball valve (WOG) with steel lever, female/female, NPT thread, sand blasted.

Characteristics:

  • Heavy series, full bore, long threads.
  • Perfect tightness at low and high pressures.
  • Long life with no maintenance
  • Working pressure from PN 16 (4 inch) to PN 80 (1/4 inch). See chart below.
  • Working Temperature: -20oC to +130oC

Design Features

Blow-out Proof Stem
Stem lower end is integral T shaped designed to be blow-out proof. It is internally and functions as the backseat for assured stem sealing at all pressures.

Fire Safe Seat Sealing
When non-metal sealing material are decomposed or deteriorated by a plat fire, the upstream line pressure pull the ball into contact with the metal seal lip beneath the soft seat to shut off the line flui minimize the internal leakage

Anti -Static Device
When static is generated and concentrated on the ball, the spring-loaded electrical continuity throughtout the valve.

Additionally, the fire safe metal seat can prevent the line pressure erosion on soft seat and minimize soft seat creep deformation. All Heaton floating valves are fire safe and designed, tested and certified in accordancewith API 607
